Auditions

Auditions will be held March 20-22, 2026, at University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, for our 2026 season of opera.

Our auditions will primarily be used to cast:

  • Roles and chorus for La Traviata at the Little Theater at Civic Center Music Hall with performances between Aug 14 and Aug 23.

  • Roles for The Pirates Project, a touring opera production for children based on The Pirates of Penzance performed during June and July 2026 at central Oklahoma libraries, in September 2026 at Civic Center Music Hall, and continuing throughout the 2026-27 school year.

  • Other projects in 2026-2027

 All performances will be performed in their original language as fully staged productions and are paid opportunities performed in the Oklahoma City metro area.  Rehearsal periods are approximately 2 to 3 weeks in length.  No roles have been cast at this point.

Due to limitations with obtaining visas for international artists, we can only consider those who have US citizenship, a US work permit, or currently hold a US visa that allows work.
